At Don Roque Cigar, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality and craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
